The BIOCTANE project participated in the Clustering Event on Advanced Biofuels, which brought together more than 30 Horizon Europe Research and Innovation and Innovation Actions projects working on sustainable fuels for aviation, maritime, and heavy road transport.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, discussion of key technical challenges, and strengthening collaboration across the European research community. It also featured the presentation of two important studies on advanced biofuel market uptake and capacity building.
During the event, BIOCTANE was represented by Project Coordinator Professor Patricia Pizarro, who presented the overall project approach, highlighted key results achieved to date, and outlined the next steps of the project. The discussions and insights gained further support the joint effort towards advancing sustainable fuel solutions in Europe.
